Maryam and Mom allows customers to return defective products. The items should be in original condition (unwashed, new, unworn, unaltered, and unstitched) with original tags and packaging.
To be eligible for returns, the customer should contact our customer service. You can email us at info@maryamandmom.com. If you want to make a return, you will need to provide the online order ID. You must also describe the defect within 7 days of receiving your product.
When you return an item, you must choose a replacement. You can choose your replacement product from the items available at Maryam and Mom. Whether you will get a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund will depend on the circumstances.
Whatever charges are associated with the return of a defective item are the sole responsibility of Maryam and Mom. It will not put pressure on the customer.
The invoice is useful. When you want an exchange, you must send the product and invoice to Maryam and Mom Head Office at your own expense. Moreover, the delivery charges for the exchanged item will be borne by the customer.
Products on sale cannot be exchanged or returned. This policy is applicable to local orders only.

To cancel your order, use the Order ID and send an order cancellation request to info@maryamandmom.com.
Note: Customers can not cancel after 24 hours of placing the order or once an order has been dispatched.
